Retail Ave.

Retail Ave. represents the evolution of Colliers’ Real Estate Management Services, offering revenue-enhancing strategies and operational excellence solutions for owners of enclosed, open-air, and street-front retail properties. Our task was to develop a brand identity that encapsulates Retail Ave.’s commitment to data-driven decision-making and customized asset solutions. This included designing a modern logo and comprehensive branding materials that reflect the division’s innovative approach. To promote Retail Ave., we produced engaging animated advertisements tailored for LinkedIn and web platforms, effectively communicating its unique value proposition to a diverse audience.

Office 2.0

Office 2.0 is Colliers’ enhanced office platform, designed to increase in-office occupancy and strengthen asset performance amidst evolving work environments. Our objective was to craft a brand identity that mirrors Office 2.0’s focus on data-driven insights, strategic asset solutions, and flexible, asset-level customization. We developed a distinctive logo and a suite of branding materials that convey the division’s forward-thinking ethos. Additionally, we created dynamic animated advertisements for LinkedIn and web use, highlighting Office 2.0’s reimagined programs in tenant engagement, ESG, and PropTech Lab, thereby engaging and informing potential clients effectively.
