The Carvalo on College, a luxurious condominium in Toronto’s west end, partnered with us to raise awareness about their rich brand through intriguing copy for social media paired with high-end branded imagery, all while running a strategic digital ad campaign targeting buyers. Our ad strategy was to target various audiences in the GTA who would be interested in this high-end property. Our goal was to sell out the pre construction property in a 3-month period.

Curated Urban Content

We took to the streets of Toronto to produce a collection of curated content that would serve as the cornerstone of our campaign and drive interest from agents, buyers, investors, and more. We developed over 30 different ads, including lead generation ads, carousel ads, slideshows, static posts and short videos. And the results were incredible!

Our campaign was so successful that we sold out in under one month using only a fraction of the digital advertising budget!
